Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a puppy from Harry Pitbull Puppies Home, the Buyer and Seller agree to the following terms and conditions.

Buyer Agreement

The Buyer agrees that:

• The puppy is being purchased as a personal companion and not on behalf of another individual or organization.
• The puppy will not be sold, transferred, or surrendered to a pet store, puppy mill, commercial breeding facility, or animal testing laboratory.
• The Buyer will provide proper nutrition, regular veterinary care, appropriate training, exercise, and a safe, loving home throughout the puppy’s life.
• The Buyer understands that responsible pet ownership is essential to the puppy’s health and well-being.

Seller’s Guarantee

Harry Pitbull Puppies Home guarantees that:

• Every puppy is in good health and free from visible contagious diseases at the time of sale.
• Each puppy is raised in a clean, caring environment and receives routine veterinary care before joining its new family.
• Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a complete health examination prior to delivery.

Health Guarantee

✅ Initial Veterinary Examination

To activate this health guarantee, the Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) business days of receiving the puppy.

Failure to complete this examination may void this health guarantee.

✅ 14-Day Communicable Disease Guarantee

If the puppy is diagnosed with or dies from a contagious illness (excluding parasites, hypoglycemia, accidents, or injuries) within 14 days of purchase, the Buyer may qualify for a refund provided that:

• Immediate veterinary treatment was sought.
• A licensed veterinarian certifies in writing that the illness was likely present before the puppy was delivered.
• All veterinary records are submitted to Harry Pitbull Puppies Home.

Once documentation has been reviewed and approved, the Buyer may receive a full purchase price refund or another remedy offered at the Seller’s discretion.

✅ Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a hereditary or congenital genetic condition within two (2) years from the puppy’s date of birth, the Buyer may be eligible for:

• A replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability), or
• A full refund if a suitable replacement puppy is unavailable.

To qualify, the Buyer must provide:

• A signed veterinary report detailing the diagnosis.
• The veterinarian’s clinic information and supporting medical records.
• Registration paperwork (if applicable).
• Return of the original puppy, if requested by the Seller.

Failure to meet these requirements may void this guarantee.

Limitations

This health guarantee does not cover:

• Routine veterinary expenses.
• Vaccinations, preventative care, or elective procedures.
• Injuries, accidents, neglect, abuse, or illnesses occurring after the puppy leaves our care.
• Veterinary costs incurred without prior communication where required under this agreement.

The Buyer assumes full responsibility and liability for the puppy once ownership has been transferred.
